The DCE350 is a cordless heat gun which is powered by a DeWalt 18v (or 54v Flexvolt) XR power tool battery, meaning that users can undertake applications such as paint stripping, loosening nuts bolts, unthawing frozen pipes, bending PVC, shrinkwrapping and removing labels or stickers without needing to be connected to mains power.Suitable for delivering hot air at a temperature of either 290C or 530C at a rate of 109-190 l/min, the DCE350 has an adjustable temperature slider switch for selecting high or low settings and is supplied with a choice of two nozzles. The trigger can be locked on to enable hands-free use and improve comfort during sustained usage, but it also has a lock-off safety switch which prevents the trigger from being activated accidentally during transport or storage.
