Application Guidelines:

Surface Preparation:

• Wood must be clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax, and loose or flaking material.
• For best results, sand wood lightly in the direction of the grain and remove all dust.
• Any grey, weathered wood must be sanded back to a clean, sound substrate.
• Use Cetol HLS Plus as a primer/base coat for enhanced durability and even colour absorption.

Application Method:

• Apply with a high-quality synthetic bristle brush.
• Stir thoroughly before and during use.
• Apply 12 full coats depending on the substrate and required finish.
• Do not apply in temperatures below 5C or when humidity exceeds 80%.
